📦 Elilee Return Policy

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Elilee gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included

  • A valid proof of purchase is required

🛠️ Installed or used components (e.g., cranks, wheels, frames) cannot be returned unless they are faulty.


🛠 Faulty or Warranty Claims

All Elilee products are backed by a limited manufacturer’s warranty. If you believe your item is defective or faulty under normal use, please contact us and we’ll assess your claim.

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Offer a replacement or repair

  • Provide a full or partial refund (if repair or replacement is not possible)

📦 How to Make a Return

  1. Email us at info@elilee.com.au with:

    • Your full name and order number

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos (if product is damaged or faulty)

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and our return address.

  3. Repackage the item securely and send it back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using a trackable courier service and retaining your shipping receipt.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

📌 Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or installed

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Final Sale or clearance products
