At Elilee, we are committed to delivering the highest quality performance components. All Elilee products are backed by our Quality Assurance Warranty, which guarantees peace of mind and lasting performance across our range of frames, wheels, cranks, and components.

❌ What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to the following:

  1. Normal wear and tear

  2. Improper assembly or installation

  3. Wire slot corrosion

  4. Inadequate or improper maintenance

  5. Components, parts, or accessories not originally supplied with or compatible with the product

  6. Damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence

  7. Labor costs associated with replacement or modification

  8. Cosmetic scratches, chips, or non-structural blemishes

  9. Modifications to the frame, fork, or any components

🔁 Warranty Claim Process

If your Elilee product meets the conditions above and fails within the warranty period, we will:

Replace the product with a new one at no cost
(If the same item is no longer available, we will provide a comparable product of equal value.)

Important Notes:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs of the faulty product.

  • We cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

🧾 How to Make a Claim

  1. Email us at info@elilee.com.au

  2. Include:

    • Your full name and order number

    • Product name and serial number (if applicable)

    • Photos of the product and issue

  3. Our team will assess and respond within 2–4 business days.

📌 Warranty Eligibility

To be eligible for warranty service:

  • The product must be registered on our website at www.elilee.com after purchase.

  • Unregistered products are not eligible for warranty coverage.
