Welcome to Elilee Australia Pty Ltd (“Elilee”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.elilee.com.au (the “Site”) and any products or services purchased through it. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Site.

1. Eligibility

To use our Site or purchase products, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent/guardian).

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making a purchase.

2. Products & Orders

  • We aim to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations may occur.

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock issues, payment failure, or suspected fraud.

  • Prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and may change without notice.

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance — your order is confirmed only once payment is processed and goods are dispatched.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship both within Australia and internationally. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or third-party carriers.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Our Return Policy (available here) forms part of these Terms.

  • You may return products within 14 days of delivery provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once items are inspected and approved.

  • Certain items (custom builds, clearance stock) may not be eligible for return.

5. Warranty

  • Our products are covered by our Warranty Policy (available here).

  • Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may involve product inspection.

  • Warranty coverage does not extend to normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and software — is the property of Elilee or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content without prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s functionality.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Elilee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
